Here is a image of what it says when im trying to login.

Can somebody tell me what I need to do to fix this?

According to the Wiki, error code 045 means:

Quote:

This code indicates an account mark or a ban. This means you have most likely breached the User Agreement or Rules of Conduct.

Or when the account has been suggested to have been hacked.

What to do to fix it? Contact support, find out what the issue is from them, and try to resolve it with them. It's the only way to fix it.
